Dr. Kamson is one of the responsible Fellows of the American Academy of Minimally Invasive Spine Medicine & Surgery and co-author of a manual for the Innovative field of minimally invasive spinal medicine and surgery namely ‘The Practice of Minimally Invasive Spinal Technique’- 2005 Millennium edition. He is also the Lifetime member of Association of Interventional Pain Physicians.
